enabled. This service provides the system time
to a anyone querying the specified port.

The daytime protocol, if available on a UDP
port, is often susceptible to a 'ping-pong'
attack that can cause your system and another
arbitrary system to use a significant amount
of bandwidth.

Solution : If you do not need this service, disable
it.
